This 7.56 kW solar system was designed to allow access to the ground area under the solar array. The 36 X 40 ft structure is built on an elevated frame consisting of 4 x 4 galvanized steel post and 18" z purlings. The structure allows 10 ft. of clearance under the array. The 36 Evergreen 210 modules are connected to a SMA America Sunny Boy 7000 inverter. Online system monitoring provided by SMA Sunny Web Box.

The project also included the installation of a Schuco closed loop solar water heating system with 2 roof mounted solar thermal collectors and a Rheem Solaraide 80 gallon storage tank tied to an existing 70 gallon gas storage tank for a total of 150 gallons of solar- heated hot water.
